A life changing moment for Deanna
“It’s a ritual” she said, a ritual of Self-Love. As I began doing this ritual every morning, my life started to change in ways I never expected. After just a short period of doing the TIM Technique ritual, I began to see my face in my bathroom mirror and for the very first time in my life (over 50 years) I said to myself, “Wow, Deanna, you are beautiful!”

I had been planning to do an experiment in which I would not look at my mirror image for an entire month. For the previous two months I had been working out the details in my mind about how I could achieve this seemingly impossible task.
